Update: 05.07.2009 - Sharpened for the web, bigger size, new watermark.

This is a stone bridge in Solkan, Slovenia witch has the biggest single stone arch in the world. The image looks distorted and a bit weird but this is because the panoramic distortion, it made this image from 16 portrait images, the original image is about 10000px wide, but I cropped it to 6:4 format. I hope you will like it.

First off, this image is simply amazing, im not big on human structures in landscapes, but bridges like these are an exception. The color of the river is absolutely stunning and really makes me want to just jump in. The exposure over the whole image seems spot on too, i find no overexposed areas nor underexposed areas. The image is just full of color and the way the sun is is hitting from the back of the bridge. The perspective of the image is awesome as well, composition here is just perfect allowing the water to flow under and along the bridge itself. Detail wise, this image is very sharp, especially the bridge. It brings out the textures very well as the light hits every corner. All in all id love to take a ride over the bridge and see wht the views are like, as well as taking a trip down the stream. A very well executed shot i must say.

Breathtaking photo!

I really like the curves - the river, bridge and hills - going to the same point (more or less ;) )

Also the soft colours are very nice :)
thank you very much :D
